Advice
Please read the product packaging before use, and follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Wear over sweat socks. The guard will take two or three days to 'break in', and if blistering occurs during the break in period use a foam pad and tape (or adhesive plaster) to cover the affected area. If any rashes or skin problems do occur stop wearing the support, and consult a doctor if the condition continues.
Wash the support in warm water with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry or dry clean.
