Lightweight back support
This back support has dual elastic side pulls and a back panel constructed with five stays. Fully breathable, it is fully adjustable and provides firm support.

How to apply:
Detach the side pulls and wrap the support around the waist, with the back panel low on your back and centred. The base does not need to be tight. Then grab both side pulls and pull them around to the side/front of the support until snug. The side pulls can then be adjusted to get the best fit.
