Universal back support
This feature-rich back brace comes with six stays, breathable side panels to keep you cool, and a thermal neoprene back panel for warmth. It also has firm, adjustable elastic side pulls.

How to apply:
Detach the side pulls and wrap the support around the waist, with the back panel low on your back and centred. The base does not need to be tight. Then grab both side pulls and pull them around to the side/front of the support until snug. The side pulls can then be adjusted to get the best fit.
