Omron M10-IT blood pressure monitor
The M10-IT upper arm blood pressure monitor comes with an average mode so you can detect and track possible morning hypertension (which can be a risk factor for serious conditions such as stroke). It also provides a more comfortable experience than many other blood pressure monitors, thanks to the ComfortCuff.
The M10-IT has PC connectability and comes with a CD-ROM with software (English only) and a USB cable. The monitor operates on four AA batteries (battteries are included). Key features include:

Health benefits
This blood pressure monitor allows you to monitor your own and another person's blood pressure at home, each day. High blood pressure is a risk factor for stroke and other conditions, and morning high blood pressure (or hypertension) has a correlation with ill health so it pays to keep track of your own blood pressure over time.
This blood pressure monitor has been clinically validated (international protocol and BHS). It is a particularly reliable model as it shows if irregular pulses are detected and only displays reliable results.
