This highly accurate body composition monitor also offers:

To use the monitor, enter your details (age, sex and height - these can be stored to avoid entering them again), and when the monitor displays says Ready, step onto the monitor with your feet slightly apart. Hold the grip eclectrodes in your hands, press the Start button and keep your arms at a 90 degree angle to your body whilst the measurements are taken. As soon as measuring is finished, the results will be displayed.
