After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
We will confirm by email that your order has been accepted and the product(s) despatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this despatch confirmation. We will only be able to supply to you those product(s) listed in a despatch confirmation.
(c) Availability and substitutions
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the products you want we will inform you of this as soon as reasonably possible. We will then offer you either:- a substitution of a similar or better quality product at the same price
- a full refund (if you have already paid for the product(s)
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We do our best to make sure that they are correct.Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on total order value and include VAT (17.5%). This will be clearly shown at the checkout stage.- Order value £10 or under: £1.75
- Order value between £10.01 and £50: £3.50
- Order value between £50.01 and £100: £4.00
- Orders over £100 will be delivered free
Despatch and delivery
(a) Processing times for your order
We will process an order on the same working day. We aim to despatch all orders received before 12pm, the same day. Those orders received by us, after 12pm, will be despatched the next working day - though, in most cases, they will be despatched the same day.
(b) Shipping
Most orders will be shipped by courier and aim to be delivered to you within five working days of order, though most will be within two to three working days. A small number of items will be sent by post.
Most orders will require a signature on delivery. For your convenience, you can specify a separate delivery address to that of the billing address. Please ensure that there is someone to sign for it at the address specified.
(c) Product(s) not in stock
We try to ensure we only show products that are currently in stock. However if your item is not in stock when you order it, we can order one in for you. We will email you with the likely delivery date.
(d) More than one delivery
We use several suppliers so you may receive your order in more than one delivery, or from different couriers. However you will only pay one delivery charge for your order.
