We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express (AMEX). We will not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order.
Pricing
(a) The applicable price
The price of any products will be as quoted on our price list, except in cases of obvious pricing error.
(b) Price changes
Prices are liable to change at any time, but these will not affect your order(s) if we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation.
(c) Incorrect pricing
Our site contains a large number of products. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.
Usually, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.
If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will usually, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and give you the opportunity to re-order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we may treat the order as cancelled.
Please note that we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect price.
(d) What's included and excluded in the price
All prices are in GB £ sterling. They include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are based on total order value and include VAT (17.5%). This will be clearly shown at the checkout stage.
Order value £10 or under: £1.75
Order value between £10.01 and £50: £3.50
Order value between £50.01 and £100: £4.00
Orders over £100 will be delivered free
VAT relief
The Bupa Shop is unfortunately unable to offer VAT relief on zero-rated goods at the moment, but is working on a solution to provide this as soon as possible.
