Deluxe hinged knee support
This knee support has a long (13 inch) sleeve and a cut-out for the patella. The neoprene is 4mm thick for added support; and it comes with a horseshoe buttress, medial and lateral hinges and four-way adjustable hyperextension stops at 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°. The Velcro straps are adjustable, and combined with the four elastic crossing straps to ensure an excellent fit.
