The adjustable Velcro straps of the gel band patella strap allow you to tighten it to provide the correct amount of support for your knee. The loop lock closure system keeps the band in place at the correct pressure, and makes the strap comfortable even when worn for several hours.
The Patella Strap fits just below the patella so the gel insert applies pressure directly to the tendon. This reduces the force that passes through the patella tendon during walking, jumping and running, enabling the inflamed tendon to heal naturally. The gel band patella strap is an adjustable and durable neoprene strap. It can be fixed in place using Velcro straps to apply as much pressure as you need to base of your knee cap. The gel insert focuses pressure directly onto the patella tendon and is fixed in place using the loop lock closure system.
Neoprene is an advanced synthetic rubber that provides excellent compression support to joints, muscles, and tendons.
Sizing:
One size of strap fits most knees up to a circumference of about 46 cm (18”).
