These Proheel heel cups are made of medium density EVA with an antibacterial top cover. They are easy to clean too - by sponging with warm soapy water and drying with a paper towel. You should start by wearing then for only an hour or two a day, then build up. Orthotics such as these should last six to eight months, although this can vary depending on how much you use them.

Choose between a height of 6mm, 9mm and 12mm, available in UK shoe size 5-9 or 9-13.
