Health benefits

We are all encouraged to walk at least 10,000 steps per day (with 12-15,000 necessary for weight loss), and at least 3,000 steps per day should be steady steps. Steady steps (or aerobic steps) are defined as steps taken when walking at a speed equal to or greater than 60 steps per minute and walking continuously for at least 10 minutes.
