This funky pedometer with coloured panel and backlit display has several of functions to help you monitor your fitness as you increase or maintain your daily walking or jogging steps.
The Silva pedometer alarm counts steps covered, measures distance travelled and calories consumed, and stores all this information in its memory. And the panic alarm gives you added security if your lifestyle means you have to walk or jog alone or at night.
This pedometer includes a one year warranty against manufacturing faults (however this does not cover the battery, or wear and tear on the pedometer, so treat your pedometer carefully). There is an approximate battery life of one year. To change the battery, use a screwdriver to open the rear case (battery type is L1142).
