The pedometer also includes a distance measurement, speed calculation, calorie consumption, an automatic timer and a backlit display.
For peace of mind there is a a one year warranty against manufacturing faults (please note that this does not cover the battery, or wear and tear on the pedometer, so treat your pedometer carefully). There is an approximate battery life of one year. To change the battery, use a screwdriver to open the rear case (battery type is L1142).
